Do I need to know anything about AI before we meet?
Not a thing. We start from scratch every time. No assumed knowledge, no tech jargon, no homework required. If you can use a smartphone, you can use the tools we recommend. Our whole job is to make this feel easy.
What if the tools you recommend don’t work for my business?
That’s exactly why we start with a proper conversation before recommending anything. We don’t have a set list of tools we push; every plan is built around how your specific business runs. If something isn’t working after your session, get in touch, and we’ll sort it out together.
Does it matter where I’m based?
Absolutely. Most of our sessions run via Zoom, and we work with businesses right across New Zealand and Australia. If you’re local to Auckland and prefer to meet in person, that works too — your call.
How is this different from just Googling “AI tools for small business”?
Google will give you a list of a hundred tools and zero context for which ones actually suit your business. We give you two or three specific recommendations based on how you actually work, and then we help you set them up. It’s the difference between a map and someone who knows the shortcut.
