What it is 

Find My Shortcut is a working session about your business, not a lesson about AI.

Before we talk, I will review how your business runs. Then we spend an hour together going through where your week actually goes: the tasks that repeat, the jobs that pile up, the things only you can do (and the things that only feel that way).

Then I go away and build your Shortcut Playbook, which is a personalised plan for getting your time back.

No jargon. No tool overload. Nothing you'd need to be technical to use.

How it works

1. Before we meet You fill in a short questionnaire about your business and your week. I do my homework.

2. The session An hour on Zoom, talking through your business the way you'd explain it to a friend. I'll ask a lot of questions. You don't need to prepare anything technical.

3. Your Playbook arrives Within a week, you receive your personalised Shortcut Playbook, along with a short video from me walking you through it.

• Where your time is going — your week, measured. Most owners are surprised by this page.

• Your three Shortcuts — the changes that will save you the most time, and in the order to do them.

• Ready-to-use prompts — customised with your services, your clients and your tone of voice. Copy, paste, done.

What it costs

Founding client rate: NZ$495. I'm currently offering a reduced rate to a small number of clients in exchange for honest feedback and a short case study once you've seen results. If you'd like one of those spots, mention it when you book.

NZ$795, including the session, the analysis and your personalised Playbook.

Here's the honest maths. Most clients find between five and ten hours a week hiding in their business. Even if we only find you three, that's around 150 hours a year . Your evenings, your Sundays, your school pick-ups.

You're not paying for an hour on Zoom. You're paying to stop guessing.

Questions you might have

"I'm not technical. Will I keep up?" Yes. The session is a conversation about your business, not a tech demo. Every step in your Playbook is written for someone who has never touched this stuff.

"What if AI isn't right for my business?" Then your Playbook will say so. Some of the best time savings have nothing to do with AI; simpler systems, fewer steps, better templates. The goal is a lighter business, not more software.

"Is my business information safe?" Yes. Anything you share stays between us, and your Playbook will include plain-English guidance on keeping client data safe with any tool I recommend.

"What happens after I get my Playbook?" You start with Shortcut #1. Most clients can do it that week. If you'd like company while you set things up, Guided Setup Sessions are available at NZ$250 an hour. Most clients need one or two, not an ongoing contract.
